The recommended dosage is two capsules, so the bottle would last 30 days.This seems like a relatively low level of daily milk thistle, since I have used other liver supplements, more focused on the milk thistle, that recommend 4000 mg per day. I can't say which approach is better, but I'd consider these capsules to be a broad spectrum tonic with a bit of emphasis on the liver due to the milk thistle.

What separates this particular liver support supplement is the liposamal glutathione. Our livers create glutathione which is a master antioxidant for the body. We absolutely need this. Taking a regular form of glutathione has to get through stomach acids. This form has the highest efficacy and can get through stomach acids and be absorbed by the liver after entering the small and large colon. And to support the liver this includes all of the other typical liver supporting supplements from milk thistle and reishi. But this also includes NAC which I also take NAC is a precursor to you guessed it glutathione. That's why this supplement costs more than a lot of the other liver support supplements. If you want a good book and got some time I highly recommend the book called liver rescue which you can get right here on Amazon. Skinny liver is another good one but not near as good as liver rescue. This is an awesome supplement, third party tested but I'm unsure where it is manufactured.

I love HojaSana and use some of their other products. They are really into liver support, and I find that taking these before I have a drink makes all the difference. We often have a bottle of wine with dinner, and while that's not enough to cause a problem or a hangover, I do always feel better in the morning when I take these suppies first. I think they just turn the clock back a little bit to help me process toxins like I'm still in my 20s.I only take them if I'm going to drink, so a bottle will last me 2-3 months. I have also learned to drink a lot of filtered water with this supplement, which is something I read after feeling parched in the night. I think it somewhat puts your liver in overdrive for a while, which is another reason that I don't like to take it every day. But the point is that liver supplements and medications should be taken with 16-24 oz of water. I stick to filtered water just to give my liver one less thing to worry about.
